It is good to see that while the book is unique and manages to keep the reader engaged, simplicity is still maintained and hence making this comprehensible by many readers. It is true that sometimes, such flaws in the progression of a character's development make them more relatable and realistic.
Many thanks for the informative review, @kandscreeley.

I find it intriguing that this time travel novel does not follow novels of this nature that have typical paradoxes and multiple timelines. Thank you for your informative review.

This sounds like an unique novel and I enjoy reading science fiction. As the review says, It is not a typical time travel, It's take on time travel is different which only intrigued me. I think the book storyline seems super interesting and I would love to explore it.

Thank you so much for the great review. It gives wonderful insite, without being too much. I love a time travel thriller, and this sounds like just what I, looking for! Thanks for the heads up on the grammatical errors as well.

I'm not into science fiction that much, so I will pass on this one. Honestly, I would not have guessed that the whole story was told over the course of just three days in the characters' time; this is quite impressive. Thanks for the review!

The review is well written make the book interesting. The time travel plot with the twist of no parallel worlds is interesting. What can happen in three days, which is the duration of the story? Curiosity makes the book a good choice. Congrats on BOTD

"Doyle's Law" by Sam Roberts sounds like a fresh perspective on the theory of time travel. It’s good the main characters are well developed since the book contains a smaller cast. Too bad the editing didn’t meet up to standards and cost the book a star.

I'm already intrigued by the fact that "Doyle's Law" is not your typical time travel story. Too many movies and books uses the parallel worlds theory, so this book seems like a breath of fresh air. It's also interesting that the entirety of the book takes place over the course of 3 days. I'm excited to try this one out. Congratulations on BOTD.

'Doyle's Law by Sam Roberts is a science fiction novel with almost 500 pages. While there are plenty of scenarios that will make your head spin, there is no graphic content.'
Will these scenarios make my head spin in a good way or bad way?

I read the sample on Amazon and then read this review, I would have never thought it was a time travel from the first couple of chapters. I guess I will have to download the book and find out.

"Doyle's Law" by Sam Roberts is a science fiction novel that begins with O'Connor. He is the caretaker of the space station with the task of dismantling the station. I like that the book is focused on time travel and that the pace of the book is fast.

This sci-fi novel focuses on time travel. It presents a plot in which three caretakers and a scientist must be rescued before time runs out. It offers a different perspective to other stories of its kind in that there are no paradoxes or parallel universes.
