This was a little too much sci-fi and apocalyptic for my tastes. However, the book has a good pace and good visualisation. I did spot a few errors in the opening section which are annoying to find so early on.

This novel simply has every sci-fi element I could ask for. Amazingly well-written, compelling, fresh, and fast-paced... You will adore this if you enjoy classics like Crichton, Tschaikovsky, and Greaney. A fascinating and rich read. I heartily endorse it. Thanks for the review, helped alot.

I really liked the character of the Marine, D. Even though he's a soldier, I could see his humanity shining through in his thoughts and actions. It made me think about the complex and difficult situations soldiers face in real life.

It’s only been 18 months since the 50 year resource war ended in nuclear fire. Now everyone must contend with the new super predator seeking to establish its place as the new apex predator. D is a marine raider with one simple mission. Reach Three Mile Island. To do this he’ll have to cross a nuclear wasteland of sunless cold and sheering winds. Avoid the new mutated apex creature that controls this new world and be wary of anyone else also looking to reach Three Mile Island. He’ll either do it or kill every person and animal he can trying to do it.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting science fiction novel set in a dystopian world where natural resources were destroyed and genetically altered animals roam the planet. The story follows a marine named D that is tasked with securing an important item from Three Mile Island while also surviving the dangers that plague this new world. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

I enjoy reading dystopian novels that explore the possibilities of a new world resulting from complete destruction of the real world. Such novels evoke a sense of awareness and danger of the world we live in. Even if I hadn't planned to read this particular novel, reading this review would convince me to give it a chance. It is evident that you thoroughly enjoyed reading it and your review has piqued my curiosity to add it to my next reading list.

With plenty of action and suspense, this dystopian fiction novel pulls the reader with a rapid pace. It follows the main character, D, who attempts to reach an island in order to find the solution to the lack of resources and end the plague. Congrats on the BOTD!

"Ultimatum" by Vladimir fleurisma. An interesting sci-fi book, I enjoy a good book that explores character and setting struggles. I like the author's storytelling skills and the potential for future installments in this fictional world. The author's writing style was engaging and I formative. Congrats on your #BOTD.
