Mystics of Fortune is a science fiction book by Mike Carlozzi. It is an engrossing book that takes a reader into the world of mystics and space odyssey.

A deadly transmittable virus, Kupita, was introduced to Earth when an asteroid hit it. Mystics were taken to a new planet, Ojult, which consisted of mystics and criminals. Jaden Vaut, a boy who lost both parents, was one of those who were transported to Ojult. He finds favor with Syrus, the leader of the mystics, but soon after, he finds himself in a problem after he committed a crime. For that, he was banished to start a new life. But does this new life guarantee no problem and threat? Or was an unseen attack lurking around? This book provides readers with definite answers.

This book is gripping science fiction that captures a reader's attention down to the end. It is a sci-fi genre that presents imaginative content based on science. It is a book brimming with narratives combined with weaponry, space, and warfare.

I love the genre of the book, to begin with. The book also contains elements of suspense which I find very compelling. For example, I love the suspense between Jayden and Nencia. He loved her very much even though she was a smuggler and very dangerous. Their spark of romance made the book quite interesting. I also love the plot, setting, and characters. Phaedra and Bella were my favorite characters. They were very courageous and did not hesitate to use their ability to save those around them. I also fell in love with Jayden's ability. He was not a mystic, but he did more than what a mystic could do to save those in trouble. And that rewarded him when he was supposed to face judgment by Syrus.

Despite the vast characters in this book, they did not assume the role of another character but followed theirs down to the end of the book. There's nothing I disliked about this book. Nothing disrupted the flow while reading. But some readers may find it hard to keep track of the characters.

Based on my reading experience, I would like to rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. I strongly believe that the book deserves it. It has a few errors; hence, it was professionally edited.

I would love to recommend this book to readers who find science fiction books very captivating and engaging.

Thank you! I am always looking for another good book to read and this sounds great. Even though it’s pointed out that Jayden loves Nencia I am not convinced there is a lot of romance and that’s a good thing.

Reading the reviewers description about this book, it seems like quite an intense, scientific and fast paced novel. On opening the book I can tell that this is a long read with plenty of new terminology. I like the idea of the virus; Kupita.

“Mystics of Fortune" by Mike J Carlozzi is another Sci-fi story where in this case Earth is inhabitable because of a virus and human move to another planet. We follow this story through the eyes of Jaden Vaut. Congratulations on being BOTD.

Mystics of Fortune by Mike J. Carlozzi pulled me into a world where survival ,power and personal identity clash in the aftermath of a global catastrophe. I found myself especially drawn to Jayden Vaut, the reluctant assassins whose inner turmoil gave the story emotional weight, his struggles between doing what is right and surviving within the brutal Nein guild made him feel real and relatable. The planet Ojult , exiled home to mystics, felt both haunting and hopeful, and characters like Phaedra and Nencie stood out as powerful figures reshaping a corrupt system. Carlozzi weaves a narative that feels both intimate and epic, and by the end , i was left wanting to know more about the fates of these complex characters in a universe where nothing is as simple as good versus evil.

The world of mystics and space odyssey sounds fascinating. I wonder why mystics were taken to a planet with criminals, and why mystics? Jayden's ability and his character also sounds interesting.

Mystics of Fortune is a worthwhile read for those seeking a motivational work with spiritual touches, ideal for moments of transition or the search for meaning. However, more experienced readers in philosophy, psychology, or spiritual traditions may find it lacking in depth and originality.

"Mystics of Fortune" by Mike Carlozzi is an action-packed sci-fi odyssey where mystics, criminals, and a deadly virus collide across galaxies. With suspense, space warfare, and unexpected romance, this one’s a wild ride. Sadly it is not free on Amazon as advertised. Congratulations on being BOTD!
