For me, exercising would definitely be the main one. It really helps me clear my mind. Meditation doesn't work too well for me personally, but I've heard very positive stories about it from others.

Exercise is definitely the most effective solution for anxiety. Just walking a mile or two every day has great benefits.

Yes truly exercising helps you relieve the body's extra energy and leave you tired and spent. It is a great way to improve concentration and calm yourself.

Running and listening to music both improve your concentration and can help you forget the negative thoughts that you have.

Meditation is food for the soul, it really is the best way for me to rejuvenate my self. If I am out in a hilly area, I would like to engulf myself with fresh air, love to go for a walk.

I believe it narrows down to what you prefer. If at all you've resolved that exercise is the most effective remedy, you can stick to it.

Walking keeps your mind alert and focused on the moment. It's an effective remedy because it deviates your attention from stress and anxiety.

Most people get into meditation for the first time as an effective remedy to try and reduce stress. Meaning if it wasn't for that reason, they wouldn't pick it up.

Meditation also builds on your emotional health. The results are calming to your nerves. You'll feel less anxious, and thus your stress levels decrease.

The main reason I think meditation is one of the most effective remedies is that you can meditate anywhere. It doesn't require any specialized equipment, area, or location.

Exercising leaves me feeling even better because it becomes an achievement for me. The benefits go beyond stress relief so exercise is my go to for reducing stress.

Exercise is the best remedy for anxiety and stress. I also find music to be working for me. Slow music relaxes the body and mind.
