So these points are definitely practical, only it might not seem all that practical in full for everyone. Each person is unique. How they think and perceive things are also different.

Yes, I believe that everything in this book is practical and anyone can use the tips and advice given. But I think that the author wants readers to still seek medical advice. Others may have special needs when they have autism, biporlar disorder, PTSD, and other medical conditions.
