I agree, medication if taken alone, wouldn't be as effective as when it would be combined with other natural remedies.

I agree with you that the natural way is better! Somehow I have a feeling that many drugs and the like are addictive , which I say from personal experience. It’s always hard to generalize, but I believe this is often true.

I don't think a substitution could work for everyone, especially not if the anxiety they experience is extremely severe. But I do think that someone who takes medicine could benefit from also incorporating natural options into their life.

Yeah especially in case you have some kind of aversion to the medication or they do not affect you the way you would have hoped them to. Constant use of natural remedies can help in those cases.

Yes, totally. It depends on your state of min as well. If you are in no condition for practicising natuaral redmedies prescribed medication may be the only choice.
