Yeah but in case you do not enough anxiety level to require treatment, such as for example it comes or goes or you are able to pinpoint the cause of the stress and have the prior experience to deal with the cause you maybe switch to a constant routine of natural remedies you are confident in. However, if it does not help you, you must seek a consultant.

Yeah if you are not able to pinpoint the cause of the stress and do not understand the cause of your stress then you should seek professional help as it can help you understand your stress and help deal with it better.

I think natural remedies should be part of our lifestyle. Then, it has the potential to prevent the accumulation of stress over time. If you can keep the everday stress in check and prevent them from accumulating, it can be helpful in keeping you realtively stress free.

Yes, the remedies required for a perfect outcome varies from person to person. For some people natural remedy may be effective but in some cases, they may not. People may not be able to practise it over a long time and other may be busy to not be able to apply in daily life.

Yes, true they are meant to be used complementary. Nothing is definite or absolute. Each makes up what the other lacks. However, I feel that once the period of medication is over one must continue the natural remedies over some period as anxiety may come back and regular natural remedies like meditation and yoga may deal with it.

I would also recommend making natural options part of everyday life. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. It is also recommended that natural options like exercise and healthy foods help in managing most lifestyle conditions like diabetes.

Yeah, totally true. Knowing what causes your stress is an effective way of determining how you can handle it. Natural remedies might not work in many cases in which the correct prescribed medication might do the job. In other cases, one might show some aversion to medication, and natural remedies might do the trick. It totally depends on the person going the=rough the treatment.

Yeah, simply on your anxiety and stress fades away, we must not simply leave it be. We must continue the natural remedies to keep ourselves anxiety and stress-free.
