It should be a part of your lifestyle to be able to lead a routine in life. It keeps you occupied and keeps the stress away and helps you remain upbeat.

If you are happy taking that responsibility you will naturally be optimistic and happy about it. If you are being forced to, it is bound to cause you stress.

This is also true. Being fixated on certain aspects of our lives can sometimes detract from the joy that we are supposed to experience by simply being alive to witness every single day.

Yes, to relieve our stress breaks are necessary for our daily life whenever possible we should take a break from it. Being responsible for our actions is essential but we must also not forget that we need to take a break from the busy routine now and then.

I agree 100 % because if you do not take responsiblity who will? The anxities we face are ultimately ours to deal with arent they? I have definitely applied this in my own life yes, no matter what life throws at me whether a death or disappointment I deal with it accodingly without letting that issue rule my life!

I guess taking responsibility for your life would give you a sense of control and stabilization, and also taking responsibility for your actions and words are important. Do you think that is what the author meant by that?

The author is right. Better evaluation of ones weaknesses and coming up with ways of dealing with them is being responsible. After responsibility comes relaxation because one is sure of what the consequences will be.

That's what it seems. This is part of his statement about it: "yоu are rеѕроnѕiblе fоr уоur lifе аѕ it iѕ nоw аnd, whеn уоu саn ассерt thаt rеѕроnѕibilitу, уоu саn ассерt thе rеѕроnѕibilitу оf соrrесting соurѕе аnd dirесting your life along the path that you dеѕirе." The subject has been enriched a lot in this topic. But what you said is the basic idea.

Infact the first phase of healing is acknowledgement and taking responsibility. So I believe in the efficacy of this procedure.

Taking full responsibility for your life is a good decision, although it can be stressful sometimes.

Yes taking responsibility can to be a source of stress sometimes too. Too much responsibility can also turn into anxiety so we should really take a break from life in sometimes.

That is actually my goal, but it is very hard to reach it. Usually, surrounding people do not take part, and that is the problem.

Wow, don't you find it resourceful?
Gustavo shares this skill in a straightforward approach. And yes, you become cautioned when you take responsibility for current and past flaws.

I understand your concern. But as highlighted in this book, stress and anxiety affect an individual. For that reason, it's a personal responsibility to find help. If you find a certain group is not responsive, try another one or a different approach.

Gladly, though it might be tough to take full responsibility for your actions, once it is done, you can relax.
