Certain stories will change your perspective on life for good. This author's journey of transformation through different health crises is very inspiring.

The book The Power Of Faith by Brandon Huffman tells the journey of how the author persevered through difficult health conditions to piece his life back together. Despite suffering from a stroke and heart condition, he learned from his situation, which made him even more empathic to his students. His life as a junior-year student was also inspiring, as he had a passion for sports like running and basketball. As a teacher, he had a strong passion for teaching and helping his students, and even in his dark moments, he could only wish to return to the classroom to teach once again. Despite driving for an hour every day to get to school, those were the best days of his life, as he was doing what he truly loved, which was to teach.

Certain parts of the author's story were very relatable to me, like the parts where he helped a student, Jenny, with her math problem, but the part I liked was the part that was about the class clown, Tom, who would always spend his time making jokes. Despite Tom's traits, he could see beyond that and still harness his potential as a student. This reminded me of my school days. I could tell that the author truly loved helping students. I loved this story because it brought back beautiful memories.

I do not dislike anything about this book because the author's story is perfectly detailed. I can understand his feelings and constant desire to return to the classroom despite his health situation. The editing of this book was flawless, and I did not spot errors while reading.

For the multiple reasons mentioned above, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend it to people who are going through any form of health challenge, as it will inspire them to look beyond their present situation.
