I love your use of simple language. It made it easy for me to read this review.
I enjoy reading thrillers. I am convinced I will enjoy this one because it is suspenseful and intense.
I really enjoy it when the antagonists are superior or smarter to the protagonists, because if or when the good guys win, it feels much more satisfying. The story becomes more engaging because I want to know how they will take them down.
I am happy this book is available via Kindle Unlimited.
Thank you for this excellent review!

The Date Farm is a thrilling book by Jack Winnick, fourth in the Lara and Uri series. The terrorist attack in a crowded mall marks the beginning of this captivating plot. The gruesome scene during and after the unfortunate incident seems like one from a movie. Congratulations on the BOTD!

I read political thrillers once in a while to learn about politics, but this book will be a miss for this time. Thank you for the review.

"The best pick of all the counter-terrorism thrillers" from the review. My! Wow! At any rate, I am inclined to believe it. At the very least, I would take a look. (I am familiar with the works of the author.) Additionally, I would like to be informed of how these terrorist activities have evolved and gotten to this point as mentioned in the review. I also like to read the cleverness of the terrorists in the plot. Is it for real and does it happen in their actual operations? But of course, I expect the main characters of the plot to be much smarter than the terrorists. I would be disappointed if that will not be the case.

Congratulations for BOTD! Jack Winnick's novels always seem thrilling and exceptionally well-written. However, I think I'll skip this one; I just finished reading another book on terrorism, and I need a change of air...
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, John. This is a great review!

I completely agree with the reviewer's assessment of "The Date Farm" by Jack Winnick. Having read the entire Lara and Uri series, I can attest to Winnick's skill as a writer. The book delves into the complex and high-stakes world of counterterrorism, portraying the dedication and sacrifices of heroes like Lara and Uri who put their lives on the line to protect innocent civilians. The intricacy of the terrorist plots and the fact that they've infiltrated key positions in society adds a thrilling dimension to the story.
Sincerely,
Sondang :tiphat:

I have never read the other books in the series, however based on what I've read of this one, I need to check them out. I like the author's descriptive yet subtle writing style, and the description of the mall incident was enough to get me hooked. This review has made me even more curious as to what the rest of the book will entail and I enjoyed reading it.

The Lara-Uri series is too graphically violent and deeply rooted in terrorism, which are themes I don’t enjoy reading. I’m glad they’re so famous with the audience, though! Congrats on the BOTD.

I love your review. It's interesting to note that you've read the book before, yet you enjoyed reading it again and you're pleased for the opportunity to write a review on it. That tells me of the high quality of the book. And being that I love detective books, I'd sure love to read this one.

This is an interesting thriller book that talks about the story of how Iranian terrorists steal very rare and precious rhenium metals held by the US and Lara and Uri are required to assist in returning the priceless rhenium. The book's characters are well-developed, and the book contains great suspense. Nice review.

I like this book for the storyline which matches the real-life happenings in our world right now. With the help of the enigmatic spy duo of Lara and Uri, this case involving state sponsored terrorism will be solved. Thanks for your enjoyable review.
