The premise seems fascinating, and it's great that it's also well edited. Thanks for the review!

There are a lot of anti-American propaganda in Iran. This is fueling terrorist activities. The reviewer did a nice job. Thanks for the review.

Winnick starts his books with a big bang. In a Brooklyn synagogue, hundreds of Jews are killed or maimed when three suicide bombers detonate their weapons after the congregants complete the prayers for the dead. The carnage is devastating; the Arabs take to the streets in celebration as they did in 9/11. God forbid this horror from happening again.

The second novel in the series Lara and Uri, where FBI special agent Lara Edmomd and Uri Levin, a Mossad agent, happily work together again to unravel a terrorist plot. A good option for lovers of this type of thrillers.

I am not a fan of terrorism, and this author certainly has captured the gruesome horror of it. I found the sample pages quite shocking as a synagogue is blown up by a man dressed as a Jewish man participating in Yom Kippur. Frightening! I will leave this one alone as I don’t think I could handle all the carnage. Thanks for more insight into this one. It’s just not my genre.

Lara and Uri sounds like an awesome team and the plot seems action-packed. I haven’t had a chance to read the first book yet but this series promises to be thrilling and hard to put down.

This is an intense int thriller and the pace is approximately fast, violent fights
bombings and missile attacks, terrorist kidnappings. The main characters are Lara and Uri.They are unified, smart and funny team that works well together. This is one of the highlights of the book.

I'm still reading the first book in this series, but this one sounds just as interesting. It is interesting the events of this book are so relevant considering the affairs the US has with Iran right now. I'm sure this book will be a great one. I like the omniscient point of view in these books as the reader wants us to connect with all of the characters.
