Congrats on BOTD!
D.C. Scott's "Precision" begins a five-part series with a complex blend of love, conflict, and suspense. When a veteran police officer resumes dormant cases, a young man with information that shouldn't be there reveals dark secrets and unsettling links.

I think the author has amazing writing skills if the reader can barely guess if the events in the plot are real or not. The author also seems to have done a lot of research on the topics covered by the book which makes the plot realistic.

"Precison" by D. C. Scott involves a retired police officer who is bored at his new job and sets his sights on solving cold cases. The stories of various characters seem intriguing, and I am interested in how this murder/suicide case unfolds. Thanks for an honest review.

This review of "Precision" highlights its rich plot, intriguing mystery, and relatable characters, while noting its emotional depth and detailed sports and medical descriptions. Though the story captivates, inconsistent perspectives and editing issues detract from the experience. Overall, it's an engaging read for fans of mystery and romance.

The book sounds exciting. Reading about cold cases is pretty interesting. It's not only action but also a lot of thinking and deduction, which I really enjoy. Besides mystery and adventure, there is romance as well, which is a bonus. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

“Precison" by d.c. scott seems like an interesting book especially if you like investigative book and books that have mystery to it. And the best thing about it, it’s a series so there’s so much more in store. Congratulations on being BOTD.

This is the kind of book that mixes mystery, romance and investigative drama — all in the right measure. The story revolves around Jay Magruder, a retired detective who, looking for something to occupy his time, decides to review cold cases in his new job. One specific case catches his attention: an alleged murder-suicide that occurred five years earlier, involving victims he vaguely knew. Although the case has been officially closed, Magruder feels there is more behind the story. A very good story.

Precision by Scott is already giving a “must read” vibe as the reviewer has dashed out a lot of interesting themes such as adventure, romance, etc.
This would look great on filming as well.

Authors who do research on their topics tend to create engaging and fascinating novels. Precision has quite a bit of mystery and intrigue, no doubt due to the author's experience, research, and imagination. Thanks for the review!

This was such a great review to read—super detailed and honest! I love that you picked up on the humor and the unexpected medical and sports references. That definitely makes me more curious as I continue reading.

I actually just selected Precision for review myself and just made it through a couple chapters. It does feel like a slow start, but from everything you and others have shared, I get the sense that it’s one of those stories that quietly sneaks up on you. I’m already intrigued by the main character and can’t wait to see how the dual perspective plays out. Thanks again for such a thoughtful take—it gave me a better idea of what to look forward to.
