This book looks like a very interesting book and I thank the person who did the review. This book is full of mystery and suspense. Hillary who is the main character in the book was looking for a nice vacation and honeymoon and realized that the family secrets started to reveal and this can affect her family.

House of Eire by June Gillam, is a novel of suspense and mystery. Hillary and her family went on vacation and it was also Hillary's honeymoon. In all that was happening her family secret was exposed and she was afraid that this might affect her family in some way or another. I might read this one. Thanks for the review.

Being a series it's amazing how the author is able to make this book a stand alone book. I appreciate the addition of Claire in the book this makes the book more interesting. The hidden mysteries make the book worth anticipating. Congratulations to today's BOTD. Nice review too.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting story about a ghost writer her husband are getting ready to go on their vacation, but that vacation might be interrupted by dark family secrets. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

I'm hoping to visit Ireland someday, so this book is already drawing me to read it, the mystery, thrillers and dark secrets are extra bonuses in my opinion. I would love to give it a try. You described the novel in detail. Great job!

This seems like an interesting novel. I love the addition of depth by her bringing her child along with her and trying to find out more about her history. I love the mystery aspect of it too, as I believe all family pasts hold secrets. Thanks for a great and thoughtful review!

"House of Eire" by June Gillam sounds like a great book to read for many reasons. First there is the family dynamic, the grandmotherly/motherly friend, the foreign friend mired her protest, a child of six going on seven and mostly set in Ireland (Eire). How can this story miss?

I love a good mystery. I'm intrigued by the main female protagonist who is a ghostwriter. The story about an idyllic vacation that interupted by discovering family secrets and solving mystery is quite fascinating. Thank you for a detailed and well-written review.

#BOTD. Though one in a series, it stands alone. That's interesting. This book is sure to make its way to my bookshelves. I am curious to know what family secrets brought their vacation to an abrupt end and how Hilary deciphered them. Thanks for the detailed review.
