The second book in the Uri and Laura series. I have read a previous book in this series before, and I enjoy the relationship between the two. Being married but agents for different intelligence agencies adds an extra dimension to this relationship. What also sounds interesting is the whole situation between the US and the middle east, and Israel. The history and details provided by the author make these books even more absorbing to read. Thank you for the interesting review which i enjoyed.

I have just read East Wind, 2nd edition by Jack Winnick. I can clearly see from the elements, you outlined that, the author has maintained the same standard. He has such a unique way of blending in his facts into his stories. That is also fast-paced and always well researched. Especially on Middle Eastern culture and political knowledge. Thanks for the outstanding review.

This action-packed, suspenseful thriller sounds like a nice read. I like it that the book is a well-written and well-paced. However, violent and graphic fight scenes involved in this book makes it deviate from what I would enjoy reading. Thanks for this insightful review.

This is definitely a plot that could be right out of the news. It's clear the author knows what he's doing. The book is fast-paced and exciting. Thanks for the introduction.

It's nice to see the minor characters were also well developed, I don't see that very much. I think I'll have to pass on this one though. I don't really enjoy stories about terrorists. Nice review.

It sounds like a good read. I have read a few samples from other books of the Lara and Uri series and have found them as well-written as you have. The only thing that pulls me back is the religion-based terrorism that these books are usually based on. This might be exciting to some but is not my cup of tea. I must say your review is well-focused on all the necessary aspects and is presented very well.

Real world terrorism. I'll have to hunt down the 1st in the series. I can't really jump in on a series. I prefer to start from the beginning to invest in characters. Thanks for the review.

This sounds like a suspenseful novel. Even though it is the second book in the series, I am glad it can be read as a standalone story. Congrats on the book of the day. Great review.

Great review! When a bombing or terrorist kidnapping plus investigation keeps you glued to the book instead of recoiling and shuddering then you know that you have a good book. Thanks for the review!

The next installation of the series by Winnick as the FBI and Mossad working together again! In this action-packed thriller a synagogue bomb is being investigated and the story's suspense is palpable.

I appreciate books with good character development, sadly, terrorism is a theme I steer clear of. I will pass on this one.

This definitely sounds like a fast-paced thriller. I don't care for the books on terrorism and violent fighting so I'm glad you added the fighting to your review. it helps to have a heads up! Awesome review!
