A suspense novel involving viruses and the integrity of journalism, The Antigen: The Seed of Corruption Pt 2 by A. I. Fabler sounds like my kind of novel. Will definitely check it out! Rooting for Caroline, Tuan, and Faraday!

The plot and the storyline bears uncanny similarity to the covid pandemic. The deliberate manipulation of virus genes to start a pandemic that ultimately makes the rich more richer, makes the reader question the morality of pharma companies and govts across the world. A thought provoking read for me. Thank you for the review!

Thank you for your great review. I'm glad that you liked the book. It sounds very much like real life, though. I do wonder what he sees for the future. I hope the three main characters make it out safely and can somehow let everyone else know what is going on.

The author has included many serious themes, I guess it may be the real life of some journalists to come in contact with many different topics. Keeping the suspense going in such a complex setting, is not an easy task. Even if the author included a summary of the first book, And one does not need to have read it, I am still curious about it.

The novel masterfully intertwines diverse themes like journalism ethics, counterfeit art, and bioweapon corruption, all unified by the motif of greed, creating a rich tapestry that challenges readers to consider the interconnectedness of global systems.

I am quite surprised that only the concluding part of the novel made it to BOTD, and I certainly will have to investigate the first book before making a final decision about reading the series, but so far I really like the description in the review. The ideas fit my own paranoia regarding secret projects run by labs and their security, not to mention that the greed of the big pharma companies has become a byword. Quite intriguing; so, thanks for the free book and congrats on BOTD!

Sounds very intriguing and yes COVID comes to mind. I'm quite curious to read how they create these viruses in labs, and the whole reason behind this mass destruction they plan and cause. The government involvement is definitely also insightful. Thanks for a great review. Congrats on BOTD

The novel’s fusion of espionage, hacking, and dark web intrigue with real-world issues like untested vaccines and WHO insensitivity creates a gripping, multifaceted suspense that keeps readers on edge while grounded in plausible stakes.

Books like this may come off like they are propagating conspiracy theories. However, it is no longer news that must viruses are created and released to line the pockets of big pharmaceuticals. This book just exposes a part of this.

Journalism is a field I wish to venture into. Journalism is one of the peace keeping platform on earth. I wonder what the initiatives of those spreading these viruses were. Is it to control them? Or to kill them? Guess I’m going to read to find out.

"The Antigen" sounds like a roller coaster of a reading journey with Faraday, Caroline and Ryan a long with the multiple challenges they gave in this book . The trade of counterfeit paintings, bird flu pandemic spread through water resources and the suspense is making me highly interested in knowing how this book ends. I look forward to reading this book. Thanks for your review.

"The Antigen: The Seed of Corruption Part 2" explores themes that are relevant today. The protagonists in this story take on the dangerous task of exposing the truth and fighting for justice. The truth is that viruses are being lab-created and spread to start a pandemic because of greed for money and power. Congrats on BOTD!

Reading the book "Antigen" by Fabler really got me, it took my mind to 2020 where our world was gripped by COVID. Fabler shows a world gripped by fake virus and how government uses fear to control people felt relatable and a bit too real at times. I was especially struck by how the main character Anton Faraday start questioning everything and risks so much to find the truth. It made me think about how easily we can give up our freedoms when we are scared. This book sounded so real and relatable, it is those stories that stays with you.

The Antigen" by A.I. Fabler, a book that features a painter and an investigative journalist. It will be interesting to read more about Faraday, Caroline, and their investigations about the virus. This is an interesting book to read.
