I love them both so much! In my brain their writings feel so different that I was almost surprised to see them compared here! To me, Arthur Conan Doyle focuses a lot on Sherlock's deduction skills, whereas Agatha Christie focuses more on making sure the information is accessible to the reader. I always have a moment of "duh!" when I read Christie's work because she is able to write in such a way that most of the evidence is right in front of the reader while also managing to put together twists that still feel natural. I guess in that regard I would have to say Christie then!

Personally, I prefer Agatha Christie. Her writing really draws you in the story with suspense.
