I love this book and I love all of the elements of it.
When I first picked it up in 4th grade, I was so bored, it took my one whole year to read it, but after I read it, I understood how many life lessons there were in it. There’s a reason why so many people say to read it, and if you even want to get into the world of Victorian English, this book will leave you hooked and wanting more and more!

I hated this book during my high school days because I don't like being forced to read books. Jane Eyre is a great classical book. I realized this later on.

I love Jane Eyre! I hate Mr. Rochester though haha; he is just so mean-spirited and rude. I don't think his relationship with Jane is romantic and should be romanticized like how it is. Jane (and the wife) deserved better, but I'm glad Jane found happiness and peace after all the traumatic events that happened in her life.

It was special to me since it was one of my first classics, but it hasn't impressed me.
