Of Mice and Men is an excellent candidate. The story demonstrates the fact that, despite the circumstances that someone didn't mean to do wrong, terrible situations can still occur and people can still be held responsible for them. It's a very dark moral (and rather similar to To Kill a Mockingbird, in that circumstance), but it's a reality that people do need to be aware of and the message isn't common in today's narratives.

Of mice and men, Animal farm, Romeo and Juliet and a host of other good classics are still relevant due to how interesting they are and also, for their impact in the modern society.

"1984" by George Orwell is still relevant for its exploration of surveillance and authoritarianism, issues that resonate today. "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee remains impactful for its portrayal of racial injustice and empathy. "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen continues to be relevant for its insights into social norms and gender roles.

I'd once again nominate Dostoyevski's works. They are so deep and profound, so touching, I don't think they will ever be irrelevant.

I think that Brave New World by Huxley becomes more and more relevant each year. The concept of using an entertaining distraction as a means to keep people from questioning the oppressive structures around them is an ever-present reality in modern day.
