One bias I had prior to reading this book was the fact that the author took on such a huge concept, and laid it out in such a short book. It was a very good book but my bias's did not change. I still feel like it was too short.

I had my own set of biases before reading the book. Reading this did not change my biases because of how deep they run, rather, I found the history of the book more compelling as well as the author's journey as they came to their conclusions presented in the book.

I can say I went into this book pretty open minded. I firmly believe everything the Bible says. I also believe that science actually proves the Bible. However, I did not agree with the author’s point of view on genesis. So I cannot say in changed my views in anyway. I left the book believing everything I did beforehand.

So before I read, especially this type of book that can change ur beliefs, I'll rather hold my belief then read to see what the author has to say.

My biases when I began this book were a basic mistrust of any author until I could read more and discern where the story was coming from and what the foundational knowledge in the presentation was based upon. This mistrust is an ingrained thing that helps me and sometimes can hinder me in some studies. But, overall, it gives me the discernment and patience I need to spend time researching and learning with any book life presents to me. Great question!

I try to be objective on most topics but not religion. I also never want to have to argue or explain my case logically. So that is a bias no book will probably not change.

To be honest, the author didn't change anything regarding the fact that I'm not in any way biased and that I'm always highly objective when making decisions. In regards to the scriptures and science, however, I do concur with the author. I think there is a similarity between the two that is greater than most people realize, as well as a conflict, and I've noticed that a lot of philosophers have tried to resolve it.

I’m a Christian and i strongly believe in the Bible. The Bible comes first when there is any disparity between the Bible and science. So i would say I was not really open minded.

I do anyway concur with the creator in regard to the sacred writings and science, I accept that there is a similitude; one more prominent than the vast majority concede and there is likewise a contention and i appear to be a lot of savants attempt to settle it.
