This review absolutely captivated me! I haven’t read the book yet, but I’m already eager to dive in. I’m a fan of underdog stories, especially those grounded in real-life grit and resilience. The punk-rock twist is an unexpected but fantastic element. It’s not every day you come across someone transitioning from delivering newspapers to building real estate empires and producing punk albums! I'm adding this to my list of must-reads. It sounds like a powerful book that will leave a lasting impact.

Burn Zones is a captivating read from the very first pages. Jorge P. Newbery’s story is remarkable — he built a highly successful real estate empire and suddenly lost it all. What stands out most is not the fall itself, but the resilience, determination, and resourcefulness he demonstrated to rebuild his life. The book offers an honest, firsthand look into overcoming adversity, navigating financial collapse, and transforming setbacks into opportunities. It’s an inspiring read for anyone seeking motivation, a deeper understanding of resilience, and a fresh perspective on success, failure, and perseverance.

This is such an inspirational book! Normally sport related novels would interest me as much, but after reading this review, I have to say that I am slightly more fascinated with this genre. I also appreciated the fact that the writing style is rather good, it makes for a more pleasant experience for the reader. Thank you for the review.

"Burn Zones" should be presenting an inspiring tale. A tale of determination and perseverance amidst adversity. I am more than willing to delve into this book and be inspired by Jorge's story, rising from a Newspaper delivery boy to a Real estate Mogul.

At just 11 years old, he started his first business and later dropped out of school to gain real-world experience. He achieved success in the real estate market but faced setbacks along the way. The initial pages and review promise to create an amazingly inspiring read. Thank you for your excellent review.

The idea of viewing life’s toughest moments as burn zones to push through really made me pause and reflect. Jorge’s journey from a paperboy to a real estate mogul sounds powerful and motivating. I’d love to read more about this. Congrats on BOTD.

I was intrigued by the title. I also liked how the author connected it to his personal journey. I can't wait to get deeper into seeing how the author moves from a newspaper delivery boy to a real estate mogul.

Quite inspirational biography of Jorge having a wonderful life from newspaper delivery boy to real estate mogul in the book "Burn Zones" by Jorge P. Newbery. The book emphasis on burn zone as a rough period in life, where one can step out while it's most important for one to continue and succeed.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

This review is beautifully written and made me feel something. I have only read a few autobiographies and biographies in my life, but I just may have to pick this one up. While I don't understand much real estate jargon, I can respect Jorge's obvious hard work to get there. He clearly had a drive. I love the correlation between the cover, title, and the author's story.

Thank you for the review. I read the sample. A great story of the life of Jeorge. He started working at the age of 7 on his business life. His parents and siblings were helpful. I laughed about the roll fight while working in a dining establishment. Congrats on the #BOTD.
