It's interesting to see how different methods work on illnesses like cancer. It's also interesting to see how few people know about these methods. This seems like an informative book.

This is a topic dear to my heart too. I've come to distrust a lot of traditional allopathic medicine and I'm sure doctors, pharmaceutical companies and other people involved put their interests firsts.
I'm glad people are speaking up and finding alternative ways to health, however, I'm a bit unsure if this book isn't just a not-so-subtle advertisement for the supplements mentioned.
I really liked that your review is enthusiastic and it involves your personal experience. Thank you for sharing.

I also believe that there are alternative cures for almost everything and some people just want to make profit creating synthetic medicine that might or might not help instead of taking and exploring what mother nature gives us freely. The topic of the book is pretty serious and it is good that the author mingles it with anecdotes about corporations and governments and their greediness. It will make the book much easier to read. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I haven't actually read the book winning the war on cancer Sylvie Beljanski but from the review,I gather it's meant for people looking for alternative to orthodox medicine.and having lost a brother to cancer,I wouldn't mind that alternative.

This book seems to be a thoroughly researched book on fighting cancer through alternative medicine. That it also chronicles the author's fight to get her father's research approved seems to lend it an entertaining value. Multi-million-dollar companies trying to suppress research into alternative medicine is believable. Thanks for the review!

I believe wholeheartedly in alternative medicine and know multiple people struggling with cancer. I look forward to reading this book and passing it on to them. Thanks so much for the review and the information on Vit C!

The book tells of the fate of little-known natural treatments for many forms of cancer, and of Mr. Beljanski’s struggles (with government and others,) and successes in developing new, alternative treatments. Thanks for the review.

Well written review! The fact that there are other alternatives to cancer treatment out there, and the amount of research the author's father did in France a long time ago. Then for the author to finish where the father left off. A good book for anyone to read, but especially for people suffering from cancer - there is hope.

I read the sample of this today, and while I love books that teach about the healing properties of natural medicine, I wonder if what she writes about is applicable. It’s one thing to present facts and let readers know we can have good health using alternative means to conventional medicine, but are there actual products to buy to do so? I use cinnamon regularly in my morning coffee. Not the kind we bake with but Ceylon which is to keep blood sugar at a decent level, but at the beginning of this book, the person endorsing the book didn’t mention that there are two types of cinnamon and one (the baking one) should not be used as a supplement due to toxicity. So, I’m undecided on this book. Your review was great, however!

If there's a way to cure cancer other than the usual method then we definitely must give it a try. As prevention is better than cure, I want to know whether the author has written about how to prevent getting cancers using natural herbs. So I think I'll read this book.

Though my subject area is medicine, I am pretty reluctant to read related academic stuff. Still this seems an important discussion. Congratulations on being BOTD and I am pretty sure many will be benefited by this knowledge

The foreword of Winning the war in cancer by Dr. Beljanski “outs” pharmaceutical and Congressional “horse trading.” Dr. Beljanski following in her father’s quest of treating/healing cancer using naturally derived supplements, highlights how synthetic drugs that imitate those natural ingredients or alter their molecular structure so that the end product can be patented diametrically oppose and even obstruct her and her father’s work. This book can change the world if it can find its way into the hands of real people.

Thank you for your dedication and I support your every effort.

I’m a believer of alternative medicine. It’s sad that the big pharmaceutical companies and the doctors choose not to believe it’s efficacy and would rather treat cancer with chemotherapy when it usually just hastens the progress of the illness. I’m glad there are books like this to make people aware! Thanks for the review!

With so many people affected by cancer today, it is good to know of alternative medicines to combat the disease. I know several people who are going through the chemo and radiation treatments now. I think this would be a good book to read to see if it could help. Congratulations on being chosen BOTD. Thanks ftfor the in-depth review.
