Seems like an interesting book that comes up with actual evidence and medicine rather than false hope.

Thank you for the compelling and informative review on this interesting book.

It appears that Sylvie Beljanski put a lot of research into writing this book and sharing the work of her father, Dr. Mirko Beljanski. The sample does not provide much information about the natural remedies themselves, but I did find the foreword written by Gretchen Dubeau to be quite interesting. I could relate to what she was saying. The book itself appears to be written in a manner that a layman can easily understand and I believe it is worthwhile reading to gain a better understanding of this disease, the role of Big Pharma and the possibility of alternative remedies. I believe there is much to be discovered about the benefits that natural herbs and therapies can have on our ability to live healthier lives.

Helen_Combe wrote: 20 Apr 2018, 05:10 Great review. I went through the cut, poison and burn quite recently (as evinced by one of my toenails falling off last night :-D ).
I have to say that I am a believer in orthodox medicine and would be too frightened to go down the alternative route. However, I would consider doing both.
Sorry to hear that Helen. I wish you all the best in your journey to improved health.

Great very thorough review. The fight to beat cancer is one very dear to me. While I do not discount modern medicine at all, I do believe that natural healing should go hand in hand in a balanced way and I feel very passionate about it. I think that such an approach would be most beneficial to all people. I think that closing ones mind wholly to either way of health and healing is detrimental to ones self and our society as a whole. Congrats to the author on a terrific review. Thanks so much for sharing.

It's really impressive to see how a book win its reader's heart. Fascinating as it sounds, I'm sure this read will be a delightful resource to many readers in need of advice, but this isn't my kind of read. Thank you for your review!

The approach of this book is good. It encourages one to look for an alternative cure. This review gives a total view of the book, yet saving the taste of the book.

I think cancer is one of those challenges right now which are taking over the humans rapidly. The pace with which the patient number is increasing is alarming. I think any form of medicine that can help cure it or contain it should be exploited, whether it is synthetic or orthodox.

The data given in this book about the drugs' price for cancer treatment is enough to know the cost of treatment for cancer. The average for approximately one year of therapy in 2012, for twelve drugs were priced above $100000 per year of therapy.
In this scenario, it becomes necessary to find natural alternatives to pharmaceutical drugs. Because the pharmaceutical companies love synthetic medicines that they can patent, but not natural remedies.
Winning the War on Cancer can play a better role to inform the public about the natural alternative to pharmaceutical drugs.

This is an amazing book. I've also sort out natural ways to heal illnesses. While the cut, burn and poison approach works, its good to know that there exists natural approaches to healing cancer. Reading about the opposition the doctor seeking out a cure is saddening. You would think saving lives would be the highest endeavour of these companies. Good review. :tiphat:

Thanks for the wonderful review. It seems like an insightful book about treating a dreadful disease like cancer through natural treatment. It would be intriguing to read and learn about the treatment involved.

I wholly agree with your assessment of Western medicine and how one sided it can be. I am an advocate for holistic healing methods such as drinking tea and taking vitamins. I am also aware of how important Vitamin C is and its cancer fighting properties. I would advise others to eat watermelon especially when it is in season because it has cancer fighting properties in it.

I must admit, I didn’t think this would be a book for me just reading the title. After reading the review I definitely will be reading this. It seems very informative and sounds like a good view into the authors life.

I loved your review of today's BOTD - thank you! This information sounds incredibly helpful and very interesting, especially to those who are affected directly or indirectly by cancer. My mom passed away earlier this year at 62 yrs old after her battle with brain cancer. Hopefully, people take it upon themselves to read this one - I wish I had valuable info like this years ago. Your optimism and enthusiasm toward the subject has definitely sparked great curiosity within me, and I greatly appreciate it! :-)
