E-book glitches

I'm not sure I like e-books very much. Sure they are cheaper and you can read them instantly without having to leave you house, but they simply have too many formatting issues(especially Kindle), glitches, and are hard on the eyes. I was using cloud reader, but when I purchased Hell Happens from Amazon I was able to read it for a while, but when I came back, it was no longer in my library. So, I had to get another copy, which cost another 5 bucks just to read a book I had already purchased. Perhaps it was just glitches with cloud reader, I don't know. I'm just not certain about all the problems that go with e-books. Regular novels are formatted neatly, you can put them down and when you want to read them later, they're STILL there.

I use both my Kindle & the cloud reader & have never had a book disappear on me ..... you should log your problem with Amazon, their customer service is excellent.

I have had my Kindle since Dce. 9 of last year, and am on my 100th book. No problems at all with mine..I love it and take it everywhere I go.

Although I am grateful for my Nook, it allows me the convenience of traveling without concerns with how many books should I take, etc... I have had it freeze up on me on 2 occasions where it completely locks up. This is definitely not an issue you run into with a regular book, and of course it seems to happen when I am on vacation and have no book back-up. Otherwise I have not had any issues.

I've never had a problem with my Kindle (on my iPad) either, though some books are certainly better formatted than others.

I've had a Nook Color for a few years now, and I've only had a problem with one book that wouldn't open. But even then, it was just a sample of the book.

I have never had any problems with ebooks. The only problem I had was with the kindle itself and Amazon was very accommodating.

I think ebooks can be a pain, plus then there's no longer the pleasure of turning the pages of a book and that's just disappointing to me. Ebooks are great for travel and if you're trying to cut down on cost.

I have never had any problem with ebooks. I take my kindle everywhere and like having instant access to all my books in the cloud.
