I also use and highly recommend Moon+ Reader for Android. It has a great number of features, supports a multitude of filetypes, and is still simple to use.
I use Calibre on PC and have just recently started using the BookFusion extension and app which syncs my books and reading progress between my phone and computer. The BookFusion app isn't the best mobile ebook reader I've ever seen, but is good enough to recommend if you want to use the syncing feature.

I love BookBub too! It probably one of my favourite platforms and there are usually books available for anyone. It’s also nice because if you have Kindle or iBooks then generally you will have access to all of their book formats too.Booknerd222 wrote: ↑21 Feb 2018, 21:58 I use BookBub for free and discounted EBooks. You can pick certain genres you like and they send you emails with free or discounted books from the genres you picked. I've been using it for a year and I enjoy it a lot.

I don't have a ton of experience with other ebook readers, though. As for books that I've bought for myself (i.e. not to review), I've found the highlighting nice for when I want to research a topic but not at that moment!
