I have a kindle. I started out with a Cruz e reader which use to work with borders bookstore. I got it for cheap after borders closed. I put the kindle app on it and bought kindle books for it. When it finally broke my husband bought me a kindle since I was already using the kindle app. I'm really happy with it. Both my Cruz reader and my kindle are touch screen and they are both in full color. I love that I can read to my daughter on my kindle. I also love that the books I bought to read on my Cruz reader I now.have on my kindle. I love that Amazon offers so many free books. I was a big fan of borders until they closed..... now I buy from barns and Nobel sometimes but I feel like I'd rather have an reader that isn't tied to a store that is just a book store. Since borders closed. Amazon sells lots of things so is less likely to go out of business I think.

I have a Kindle. I am an Amazon fan and it just made sense for me. My library lends books out for the Kindle and it just seems like an easier choice. I also thought that Amazon may have a stronger user base than Barns and Noble so there may be more free books offered.

I have a Nook because a friend of mine had one and lent it to me. I liked it a lot, so chose to get one for myself. It's pretty old at this point, it's one of the first models they made. But it works great and I enjoy it still. I do love to hold a traditional book still. So sometimes it sits for a bit, but I always go back to it!

I have a kindle (paperwhite), but I started out with a nook. My mom got it for me as a birthday present when they were first released. I chose the nook over the kindle because of the "Read In Store" feature. I lived very close to a Barnes & Noble and spent many days just hanging out there, reading books on my nook for free. That was quite a while back, I've moved since then and no longer live near a B&N, so when my nook stopped working, I replaced it with a kindle.

I love traditional books, but I tend to marathon read, and I have pretty bad arthritis in my elbows so it hurts to hold most books for that long. Ereaders have made it possible for me to sit and read for hours and hours again. I love them.

I have a Nook HD 7 inch tablet, a Kindle Fire HD 6 inch tablet, a Kindle Paperwhite, and a Kindle Voyage. My favorite one is the Kindle Voyage. The text is crisp and clear. Reading on it is easy on the eyes. It also has page turning buttons.

I have a Nook also. My mom gave it to me a few years ago for Christmas. It is a Nook Tablet. I don't think they even make them anymore. But I love mine.

I started out with a Nook and I had it up until about a year ago. I liked it, but it's nothing compared to the Kindle Fire (which I have now).

The Kindle Fire is pretty cool, and the e-books are reasonably priced.

I have a Kindle app. I downloaded it for the purpose of reviewing books for this website. I had never used an ereader before this point. I also downloaded a bunch of free Christian fiction novels as well.

I have neither but my siblings have both. I prefer to old a book in my hands but i think the idea behind the nook/kindle is awesome.

I have a kindle! It was a christmas present. The dictionary IS very helpful (especially when reading in other languages!) After I do a lot of reading on my kindle, I get frustrated that I can't just hold down words in print books to find out what they mean haha

I have neither a nook or kindle but instead have both apps on my phone, laptop, and ipad. This way I am never without a 'book.' And I love how each device syncs with the other so no matter where I leave off on one device, the book picks up where I left off on the other device.

I have a kindle as I got it as a Christmas present. I find it extremely useful as I am always browsing for things on Amazon, so it made perfect sense to buy it.

I have a Nook...I used to work at Barnes and Noble as a bookseller for 6 years so I got sucked into it. I actually don't use my nook as much as I use the app. I totally find it easy to use and helps me read a lot faster. Since I am a person who hates to be interrupted while reading I feel that any eReader made is one of the best inventions. I am not opposed to downloading the Kindle app, just know more about the Nook.
