Re: Reading on your smart phone

I have used both the Adobe and the Kindle apps to read on my smart phone but I really don't like to use them. I would prefer to read the actual book or my Kindle. When I am reading on my smart phone it seems that I am constantly scrolling and scrolling.

I am not a fan of the back light on the phone, it really starts to bug my eyes.

I love reading on my phone. It's easy to carry and because I take my phone virtually anywhere, I can read wherever I go.

I must say for a while I was very much against reading from anything other than the traditional book. However since being shown how much easier it is, I have about several books downloaded at one time and I love it.

I read on my iPhone regularly. It helps when my tablet is dead, or I just don't want to tote my laptop or tablet with me. I love the kindle app, and with my laptop, I can have any kindle book sent to my phone or tablet.

I only read on my smart phone when I am bored and there is no other option available. If I had my iPad, laptop, nook, or regular book with me I would much rather read on one of those. An iphone is just too small of a screen in my opinion.

I can't read on my phone or in my PC and prefer to read only on my kindle.

I used to read on my phone until I got my iPad mini. Now It goes everywhere with me, and I don't have to charge my phone twice a day. :D

I used to read on my Android but it got really frustrating. The fonts were too small for me. Thankfully, my brother got a new tablet for himself so he gave his old one to me. Reading ebooks are easier now. :D

I prefer not to use my phone just because I don't get the feeling of holding a book shaped object in my hand while reading.

Unless you have a huge screen, I imagine it wouldn't be the most pleasant thing in the world.

Convenient, but I'm always scared it will damage my eyes.

I read on my smart phone for a while, but the screen is so small that it's pretty uncomfortable after a while, so I switched over to a Kindle.

I have an iphone4.

The screen would be way too small for me to read a book on.

I don't even like reading internet things on it, other than text messages, quick things like the weather forecast, footy scores ,that sort of thing.
I wouldn't read a forum on it.

However I do like reading on my ipad and my ipad goes just about everywhere with me.
Sometimes I still read a small paperback real book - one which is easy to carry in my handbag.
