In "Reconfigurement", the author includes helpful information about various assessment tests that can be used to aid in your own career and reconfigurement planning. These are tests like the Myers-Briggs test and others. I have taken the Myers-Briggs test, and found it to be interesting. Have you taken one or more tests like this, and if so, did you find them to be insightful?

I haven't had any taste of that kind, but the Myers-Briggs made me curious. Maybe one of these days I will take it.

I did take a Myers-Briggs personality test a few years and found it fun, but I didn't find it all that helpful in finding a career I would enjoy. I think they can help give you an idea but I don't think people should put too much stock into the results.

Personally, I love assessments and personality tests. I'm an ENFP on the Myers-Briggs!

I try to be as self-aware as possible and am consisently looking for ways to grow and be the best, most authentic version of myself. I love this aspect of the book, and I'm really looking forward to delving in and learning more.

I have taken the Meyers Briggs and the Enneagram tests and found that the results were helpful. My son also took the previous two tests and also the Strengthsquest. He agreed that they were all insightful and helpful.

I've read up a bit on the Myers-Briggs and Enneagram personality tests. Both seem interesting, but I've never tried them out for myself.

I did take the Myers-Briggs test a few months back, but I don't put too much faith into its results. It is fun to see which points they're right about and which are wrong though

Yes, I have taken the Myers-Briggs Test. I have found that the test is a bit long but thorough. My results were on par. So I think it's worth doing. One must be patience

I have done both the Meyers-Briggs and the Ennegram. Both were extremely interesting and insightful. They helped me to discover my personality traits, both positive and negative. I'm an INFP and an Ennegram 4

I have taken the test and I'm not sure I agree with the results. Maybe I am just feeling more extroverted than I am when I'm answering the question. It does follow through with the career path that I'm training for so that is a start.

I agree. I also did take my Myers-Briggs some years ago, and I felt the results were spot on. Anyways, my dream job is very different from those who are proposed as perfect for my M.B. type. We should never forget that every personality test refers to models, and models are always a simplification of reality. So, don't be afraid of getting out of your box

No, I haven't taken any tests yet. I do feel like it would be helpful for me because sometimes I question the career path I have chosen.

I haven't taken the tests because it was very long. I had a lot to do at that time but hopefully I will in the future

I never taken any Myers-Briggs personality test before but I might take it in the future just because it seems interesting but I don't think anyone should rely on personality test to choose a career for them.
