One person can not make the volume of change Steve needed to turn around the fortunes of the nation, just the same way a tree can not make a forest. Others in the same system need to want the change to happen as well.

Sincere to God, I don't think one person can stop corruption in a police force that size. I don't believe the one man squad would work in Steve's situation in particular because he is only a low level officer. I believe that after exerting so much effort without success, he ought to just quit the system and look for another means to bring about the change he desires.

It is rare to find that in reality. The person may endanger his life if trying to stop corruption alone in an organization.

I believe that consistent actions over time will bring about change, but I think something like stopping corruption is bigger than one person. We all have our parts to play, one person can inspire others but I think it has to be more of a team effort.

I don't think a single man can completely stop corruption in an organization, but I believe he can set of a chain of events by making the right moves. I think that with the right people in place, this chain of events can tackle the corruption in an organization.

The only way a single person can defeat such a corrupt organization is to buy and then dissolve it. Quite difficult to achieve. Rather leave the system.

I don't think a single person can stop corruption as corruption is not rooted in just one person. Corruption is like a tree, it has different branches growing from it.
In order to stop corruption , a collection of trusted individuals should be of utmost priority. Individuals with the same goal and mindset of the person involved.

Maybe silently, they can. However, once everyone knows that this is that person's aim, They'd employ methods to frustrate and demoralize that person.

I would say yes but it comes with a lot of sacrifices. The question should be are you willing to pay for this sacrifice?

Giving up is definitely not an option. There's light at the end of the dark tunnel. People will catch up with the positive change.

With the rate at which corruption has eaten deep into our society, I don't think one man is enough to stop corruption in an organisation. Although, Steve did his very best.

While it could be incredibly hard to make changes in an organization as a lone wolf, I do not h=think it could hurt to try. I loved her spirit and I believe with consistency, even a lone wolf can make unimaginable changes.

Corruption can never be stopped by just one person, especially in an organization as huge as that. It has to be something everyone wants. Just Seve doing the right thing in the organization doesn't stop corruption.
