I love your questions! Corruption is not an outfit that you can change in a day and put in for washing so the next day, you have a neat, non-corrupted outfit. Rather, corruption is like cleaning. You cannot clean your whole city alone, for someone or the other will spoil it back. But what you can clean, is your own house. Concepts like corruption are more than a one-man show, although, small steps taken collectively will still cause a change. For eg, everybody in the city cleaning their houses and neighbourhood CAN in fact keep the whole city clean!

A single person cannot stop corruption in such a huge organization.

I think the person should either give up the useless battle of find himself sone allies.

I do not know if a single person can stop corruption, but if it is possible, I do not think it will be easy. I also do that think that person who is trying should stop or leave.

No. I cannot imagine that a single person can halt corruption. Steve can try he wants, but he is like a lone figure going against a horde if soldiers riding on dragons. He will be consumed.

I am not convinced that a single person can stop corruption. Steve should focus his energy on recruiting outsiders, get them into the police force and work with them.

Steve alone cannot stop corruption in such a large and old organization. The only way he can do it is reach out to the government to completely overhaul he system and start afresh. He should not abandon his good project.

It is nearly impossible to stop corruption as a single person against a corrupt system. The system would overwhelm you and swallow you up.

It is rather difficult for one person to effect change all by himself. However, if everyone decides to attempt to effect the change by themselves, the change would be possible

I think a single person can lay the grounds for stopping corruption in an organization, but I do not think that the person alone can stop corruption on their own.

A single person can initiate change but in the long run he would require supporters having the same cause.

It is hard for a single to end corruption in an organization. At least there should be a few like-minded people to be successful at it. When corruption is deeply rooted in an organization, there are always many people determined to thwart the efforts of a whistleblower.

One person alone cannot make such a drastic change. I do, however, believe that they can bring attention to their cause and reel in more people that can definitely help in bringing about change.

The possibility of stopping corruption in an organization alone is very minimum. Corruption needs a communal effort to be stopped

It is instructive to note that one person cannot prevent and stop corruption singlehandedly in any system or organisation and before attempting such he must get others on his side.

To be honest, I believe this is a very difficult task to complete. Being in an organization where you have to answer to higher-ups will make it more difficult and frustrating. However, this is only possible if you are among the top executives at that organization.
