How many themes did you notice in the book? How could you relate to them? I think for me, I could relate to the themes of women’s rights, police brutality, and racism.

Police brutality came out strongly to me. This happens almost everywhere in the world and especially in developing countries. It is mostly directed to students just as it is depicted in the book.

There were several themes that I noticed like police brutality, school shooting, and discrimination/racism. I am lucky enough to not have experienced any of it personally but have seen it happening to other people and it's just really heartbreaking to see something like this prevailing in this era. The only way we have progressed is in technology but our minds are still stuck in the old era of all stuff negative.

Police brutality is a major theme in the book Wild World by Peter S. Rush. The protesters and people of Vietnam are treated unfairly by the police.

I think the major themes for me were misogyny, mass violence (especially through those who hold power), and (obviously) the contrast of war and peace.

As a woman myself, women's rights rank right up at the top of relatable themes for me. I also have a teenage daughter who will have to deal with all of that soon, which makes it all the more real to me.

There were many fascinating and touching themes in the book. The majority of these themes are related to violence, but there are also many more, including love (it surprised me to find love in a book like this).

The theme I could relate to more was police brutality. Just from your dress code or hairstyle, the police in my country could detain you.

Yes there are many themes with the main one of veitnam war and voilance among youth and side tracks of love, betrayal, pain, misery and death. I can relate to racism as this is the main cause behind many attscks, roits and killings these days.
