is Steve throwing away his life or what?

I would say Steve is trying to make a name for himself. He is trying to bring changes to a corrupt organisation. If everyone can be like him, we will have a saner society.

No, he is not throwing it. He has only diverted from his former line. Life can be lived from any dimension.

I do not think Steve threw his life away. He did something admirable, something that people should aspire to do, which is to make an impact in a work place, one that might even affect the society. Steve could always go to law school.
