I sent in a statement since I did not realize the book would be online and I need to review books that I can read on hand and not online. If reviewing books is only online then I will not be able to review any books. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hello, I have sent you two messages stating that I am not able to download the book and that I thought it was a book that would be sent to me and not downloaded on computer. I do not like reading books on the computer and prefer to read a real book in hand. So please cancel this review of the book and if it cannot be sent to me to read then I am not able to review any books unless they are sent to me. Thank you for your time and patients.

To Whom It May Concern, I did not realize it was an online book reading and I do not have the time to read books on the computer and thought I would get a real book to read. I do apologize for the mis understanding but unless I can receive real books then at this time I am not able to review books for you. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I have tried ALL your step to get my FREE book to download...."Hurry Up and Wait...." and all I keep getting is pages with dogs on the page from Amazon saying it is not workung.
This should not be this hard to download the book. I have all the apps necessary for e-books and am using a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 22 phone so I have plenty of room for the book to be placed on my phone.
Get this book to downloas. I did every step and I am not waljing you through each step again.
Just fix it!

You can get help downloading a book by going to your 'update' tab. In there you will find either the book that has been assigned to you and all the questions you might have there about the book (how to download, I don't want it read it, etc), or you can go directly to the 'contact us' tab and write the staff to help you with any question about anything.

If you are having any problems at all about the club, you can go to the 'contact us' tab and click on 'something else' tab, a box comes up and you can write your issue is and the staff will contact you back in your email. You are probably not going to get all the help you need, in a timely manner, in these forums. Also, be patient because there are a lot of members, so it may take a few days till you get a reply from the staff.

When I click on the download link it automatically takes me to Amazon error page. So I go back to where the links are and the ones says “if you have problems use this code” I use the code and same issue, Amazon error page.

When I click on the link it says "page not found". When I search amazon for the book and go to check out, I enter the code and it says the code is not valid.

I am really bad at this kind of thing... I tried to access a book on my Amazon account using the ekindle app but I probably didn't do things properly. I was able to open up the book and begin reading it, but not sure any of it is being done correctly. I keep getting messages to update my status. Can anyone help me fix things so that I can start to access books to read? Thanks for any information that might help me get started.
