Reviewer returns book because of poor fit

Post by 22barb »

What does it mean if the reviewer did not finish reading my book because it was not a good fit. This is the second book I have submitted for review and the first experience was a good one.
Also, I can't seem to submit another book until this one (in limbo) is completed.
Help! Advice please!

It is supposed to mean that the reviewer didn't like your book and didn't want to finish reading it. In such a case, we ask the reviewer if they think another person would like the book or if it is in their opinion just a bad book. The reviewer would have chosen the former.

Unfortunately, I am finding many times users choose this option because they have some other problem, such as the downloaded file not loading properly on their device, and thus cannot read the book. Of course that really creates a lot of confusion. So I will soon add some improvements to the error reporting options to avoid this kind of miscommunication in the future.
