Haven't received my book yet [Solved]

Hi,

3/4 weeks ago I signed up to review a book and I chose to receive the physical copy. It has been almost a month and I haven't received the book to review. Could I, at least, change the format and get the pdf version to review? If not, can I pick another book to review?

There seems to be some kind of error. If I remember how I coded the script, when you select that you have not received the book after more than 2 (or 3?) weeks of not getting it there is a week waiting period before you can then choose to give up and not review it, but during the waiting period you shouldn't see the "No, I have not received the book yet, please let me choose a new book" option. Either you are being shown the option before it is available or the option isn't working right. Now that a few more weeks have passed, please try one more time and let me know what happens.

I've just tried again and it didn't work. Could I please just pick another book? It has been a long time and the situation hasn't changed ...

It's been a week since your last post and the problem hasn't been solved yet. I've been clicking on the button "No, I have not received the book yet, please let me choose a new book" and still nothings happens and a message shows up telling me there's some sort of problem and to leave a comment here

I will have to work out the error in the script. But I have removed you from that book manually for the time being so you can choose another book.

To update you on this, I believe I have found the error and fixed it. If you or anyone else is in this situation where they have not received a book and is trying to choose the option "No, I have not received the book yet, please let me choose a new book." Please try again and let me know if it works or not, as it should work now.
