Have not received book

Post by missg »

When I finished a book last month to review I was supposed to read another book Arms and the Lady by Peter Knowles. The book was supposed to be mailed to me and I have not received it yet, I agreed to read and review the book on June 21st. I was wondering if I could receive a downloaded copy of the book or just read another book. I clicked the tab to request another book, but an error occurs and I am not able to download a new book. Thank you for you time!

What exactly happens when you click the tab to download a new book?

I would go to press the tab no I have not received book / choose another and it would just say error contact site administrator. I have tried the tab several times this week and it said the same thing, however I tried this morning and it worked and gave me a list of books to choose from. Thanks for your help it appears to be working now.

Oh yes it should have worked when you tried again. Sorry for not getting back to you about this. You were not the only user who reported this problem, and I was able to find the software error causing it and correct that. Thank you for notifying me of this bug. Let me know if you have any further issues.
