"credit" for posted reviews, how to get books?

Post by Kalamazoo »

How do I get things going here? I have posted 30 times and written one book review (which, I guess hasn't been acknowledged). I think, according to the guidelines, I should be a "level 2" now, but when I go to get a book, it says, "Yikes! No reviews for you?!" and proceeds to tell me I'm a "level zero," which is not fun to hear.

Can someone please explain when and how I get credit for my review(s) and whether that will lead to paid reviews anytime soon?

Thanks so much!

Yeah, I'm just starting and I want to make sure I'm doing the registration right and not wasting my time.

So where do you go to get the "free" book once registered? Anyone know?

You get credit for the review once it is approved, i.e. not listed as "pending".

Help with getting started should be covered in the FAQ:

I wrote a review on Oct. 23 and still have not received credit or an answer to any of my emails. I have read several pages of FAQ on the site and they do not answer my questions.

Have they been approved?
