How many posts to escape Level 0?

Post by Mom2Grey »

Hi,

Counter says I have 180 posts. I'd love to review a book but am caught in a Bermuda Triangle of sorts.
Stuck at level 0, no matter how many posts I make.
Machine won't let me review books because I'm level zero.
How can I exit the Bermuda Triangle and review a book? I see people with fewer posts reviewing books all the time.
Please and thanks in advance.

It took me about 2 weeks to see my first review. But once you do get your first book review, you will see more reviews as soon as you finish. Good Luck!

Same thing's happening to me, too. I believe Scott's fixing it. :)

Yeah there was a notice of shortage of books to review for all levels I believe.

This is discouraging Mom2Grey, as I note you are one of the most active members here at the moment and it still looks like you have not posted any official reviews. After almost a month of trying to post relevant stuff and staring at a message saying "no reviews for you" I'm thinking there should be a system where members can vote posts as helpful and that should be taken into account as well as sheer volume of posts. Quality over quantity.

I am working on this issue. I wanted to make a few other adjustments to improve the efficiency of the system so that when the influx of new opportunities comes through it all runs smooth. I added several reviews yesterday. The only other issue I really want to get sorted out before pushing hard on creating a surplus of review opportunities is to make the server run faster.
