Not worth the hassle

After multiple attempts to use this website, I am resigning. The website is an exercise in frustration, very difficult to find the most basic things, such as where to submit the reviews, and how to find answers to questions. I paid for and read a book, intending to do a review, but the book was no longer on the website when I went to do the review. It was a complete waste of time. Also, the emails I get from Online Book Club are full of grammar and spelling errors! This just seems unacceptable, considering the "high standards" that the website is supposed to hold. I hope changes are made in the future, as the idea behind this is worthwhile.

If you are having trouble navigating to either (1) the Status Update tab of the Review Team Page (where you submit reviews of books you selected for review via the Review Team), or (2) the FAQ, or (3) the Contact Form (to ask questions not answered in the FAQ), please send me a short video showing what happens when you attempt to use the navigation menu to navigate to one of those things. Then once I see why and how the navigation menu is not easily helping you get to those things super quick, I can have my programmer fix that.
