Payment Issue

The payment for a review that i did recently is marked Paid in the History tab. But when i clicked on the transaction ID, it led me to paypal and it stated that they're unable to find the URL i entered. How can i know the transaction status, any suggestions for what i can do about this so that i receive the payment?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Generally, when you receive an email from OBC stating your review was marked as Paid, you also receive one from PayPal showing that payment. Are you saying you did not receive an email from PayPal? If not, please contact PayPal customer support and provide them with the Transaction ID on your History tab.
