Unable to Participate in Twitter Rewards

So that we can provide faster and better support, this forum (the "Public Suggestion Box") has been retired. Instead, please send any suggestions you have to us using the official website contact form.

This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. Instead of our support staff having to check three different places (support forum, suggestion box, and contact form messages), they know can respond to all message through one method, with that one method being the official website contact form.

Unable to Participate in Twitter Rewards

I'm getting error "To continue participating in the Twitter Rewards Program you must either (1) be a Level 3 or higher reviewer on the Review Team or (2) be a premium author" even though I've been a Level 6 for years; I clicked on the button that took me to the review page, then refreshed the Twitter Rewards page, but got the same error.

ADDENDUM: I just realized I had a level of "0", so I rechecked my score and got this:

"Your reviewer score was 102 last time it was checked, which was June 16, 2023, 9:25 am EDT. Your level is 5" HOW do I have a reviewer score of 2 over the max, yet I'm still level 5?! I reverified my phone number before rechecking, so that's not it.

Please advise!

I also have a question about participating in the twitter rewards. I have just recently moved to level 3, and now i see i qualify for the rewards, however, my twitter handle seems to be incorrect for the rewards and it shows me not participating for previous months eventhough i wasn't eligible then. Now my question is how can my handle be changed eventhough it is correct on my social profiles and how do i go on about the rewards?

Here my twitter username is incorrect..this is the verification email i recieved for the twitter rewards.

Here is the Twitter rewards dashboard, I don't know why it shows this eventhough i wasn't eligible then...it even shows 2021 and 2022 dates though I wasn't yet level 3 then.
