Book not submitted for review

Post by ejourney »

I'm totally flummoxed by your process. The page you sent me via email tells me I have not submitted a book for review. But, clearly I have. The email You sent me says it, complete with the book title. You've charged me and I have paid for it. If I were to resubmit the request, I'll have to go through the same process that probably includes paying for the service. Maybe, this is not such a good thing. Can I have my money back? I would like to withdraw my request.

I believe we have spoken on email about this. I believe the problem is that you are logging in with a different email address/account than the one you used to submit the request. When the system says 'you' haven't submitted a request, it of course isn't talking about you as a human being but really just the account to which you have logged in. It has no way of knowing you are the same person as some other account or email address.

Okay I re-registered and I hope this solves my problem. Maybe, I'll get this one yet.
