Error on review

I keep getting an error after I xubmit. The error says I have to finalize the request. There are no empty blanks. I don't konw what is needed here.

I'm guessing you already submitted the original form and do not need to submit it again. Instead, you need to follow the link sent to you via email to upload your book. If that doesn't clear this up for you, please send me more info regarding the exact error message you get.

I submitted the form to upload my pdf ebook and did not receive the UPLOAD link on my email. It is not in the Junk folder either. The error msge I get from you is that I cant resubmit because you are still waiting for my ebook to be uploaded. Yes, but where? No such link came to my email box. Please help.

Yes, you need to stop trying to resubmit that same form. That form has already been submitted and saved as per the error message. You need to take the next step which is to validate the email address.
