Very Frustrated

Hi all, I'm not exactly new. This is the second time I have tried this site and someone recommended I give it another go. The reason I am frustrated is that I tried to submit my book for review and I keep getting an email that says,

"We cannot process your request and assign a reviewer to read your book until you complete your request at:"
This is followed by a link (which I can't post here because I am new).

But, when I click that link and it takes me to the site, there is no option to finalize my review request. I tried everything. Am I missing something?

Now I'm just annoyed. There are more things this site will not allow me to do, than will allow me to do. I have never known a site more restrictive to new comers. I think I'll go now and leave you lot to it.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. What happens when you click the link? Where on the site does it take you? Does it prompt you to log in? If not, then are you are already logged in? If so, are you sure you are logged in with the same email address you used to submit the original review request? In other words, do you use more than one email address? If so, I'll bet that is the problem.

No, I'm using the same email address. One of my books is there, but the other one isn't and when I follow the link, there is nothing there but the original book.

Was the review of your first book completed? The software shouldn't allow you to submit a second request until your first review is published, and the book is rated well. Are you only being sent reminder emails for one of the books? Please forward any reminder emails to me at mail@onlinebookclub.org so I can investigate the matter further. Thank you!
