I tried to avoid asking on the forum and send a private message see below : I also send two messages a couple of days after this via web contact still no answer.This seems to be the only option now to find out what the problem is.

I was wondering if there was a problem with payment for the review Crossbred by Nadene Sieters I submit on the 7th April as its say allow 2-3 days then contact Scott. its just that its 5 days and it is still pending.
It is now the 19th April.still no response.

I submitted two paid reviews on 29 March 2013 and on 16 April 2013. I am still awaiting payment. I have sent several emails and I am still waiting to hear what the problem is and if there is anything I should do.
I am very disappointed as I thought this forum was a great idea - free books in exchange for a review, and sometimes a payment too - as it is not easy for me to get hold of new books in English where I live.
Do other people have problems getting paid? Does anyone ever get paid?
It is very misleading to both the readers, who are being told they will get a payment for writing a review, and for the authors, who believe that the payment they are making will be passed on to a reviewer.

I am due two paid reviews, one from the 11th of april and the other from the 25th of april, still waiting, seems payment is not going to come

I don't understand why payment is mentioned at all if the reviewers aren't going to receive it. They might as well all be free books - at least we'd all know where we stand from the outset.

I believe all the reviews in question have been published and the payments sent. Please let me know.

Sorry for the delay this time around. I will modify the time estimate to give a week for the review to be published/paid rather than 48 hours, and I will work harder on shortening actual turnaround times--hopefully still nailing that original 48 hour estimate.

My reviews have all been posted now and payments received. Many thanks for sorting this.
I think it's a good idea to extend the estimated time for payments to be sent - otherwise it's too easy to start imagining there are problems after just two days.

My reviewed was paid on 3rd May thank you.
