I have sent two queries using the contact link and I have posted in this forum with a question but I haven't received any responses. Any idea why?

I've been having a look through the forum and noted a lot of query posts without replies. Does Online book club reply or does their interaction with you end with once they receive payment?

I guess this site is finished. What sucks is I'd like to see my 3 out of 4 review and perhaps learn what troubled the reviewer as I think something may have.

I am working on closing all open support tickets. I believe I have already addressed all three of your issues through the other channels you used to report them. If not, please let me know.

I fired up my computer after the weekend and found your emails dated Sun 05May and a message dated Fri 03May from fromonlinebookclub telling me of the PM. Thank you for replying and I hope the software issue is all fine now for everyone with problems.
