Hi... I paid $20.... recently got my book reviewed, 3 outta 4 stars (yay!), but it seems I checked the, "don't show the review if it's less than four stars" box on the application.

Can someone please tell me how to reverse this my book review gets presented?

Also, will a review get posted on Amazon as well?
