My book review is taking long, normal or not?

So I'm fairly new here... my novels were just released and i wanted them reviewed but after the first one got reviewed I was very happy and submitted another. This one however has still not been reviewed although the update says the review is finished and is not in final stage of being edited. This update was posted 25 days back and since then no one has bothered to reply and tell me why is it taking so long when it clearly says that only 48 hours are taken at a maximum to get the edits in order.
My review till today stays un-edited and outdated... hope no one else goes through this!
