Error Page upon Attempt to Download / Review Stats Error

Hi, I did an update July 9th, 2013 at 4:50am EDT. I've selected my next book to review: Crooked Paths. For this particular book I clicked the Amazon Free Gift Link, and it sent me to Amazon's 404 Error Page which states:

Looking for something?
We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site

Can you please find out what happened. I'd like to get started on this book.

Also, I've completed 2 reviews thus far. The newest one I've sent in earlier today and the stats still says this:

Currently reading - (pending complete review) - Crooked Paths by Barb McIntyre
- This one says I'm currently reading, but I had received an error message trying to get to the download page.

So, July 11th, 2013, I took it upon myself to purchase the book, as it was about $2. I just really wanted to read the book, and the process on someone getting me any answers is taking too long. My patience has been limited these days, and I hope that my (Pending Review) status would change to give me extra days as I didn't have the book in my possession until a few days ago.

Would I also be granted a refund for purchasing the book when know support was able to come to my aid? I sure hope so, I'm getting a bit frustrated. I hope Scott is ok, he hasn't be online in a few days now. Did he opt for an emergency vacation or something?
