Unable to Submit Other Formats for Reviewers

I have been trying to upload several formats of my book for reviewers, but the "submit" button grays out when I do. Also, I would be glad to send a reviewer a gift Kindle version or paperback, but cannot get to that page.
Also, I have no idea whether I was able to complete my request for the review package I wish to purchase.
The whole process is very difficult to maneuver.

Which browser are you using? What format are you trying to upload the book in when you experience this apparent bug? Are you using Windows, Man or Linux or something else? Are you able to at least select the file from your computer?

When you say the submit button grays out what do you mean? Are you sure it is the submit button not the input box with the file location listed in it?

If you have not ordered a package yet, the page should include an option to do that. If you ordered a package and still need to pay for it, the page should say that as well. If you ordered a package and paid it for, you should have been sent an email confirming that the payment has been processed. Upon your input, I have also modified the authors page to include a note that a package was order and payment processed in that case. Thanks for your help with this!

I used both AOL and Google Chrome and the submit button would not allow me to send a second format of my novel. Somone reviewed the book in that format, but I might have had a different reviewer if I could have sent a more popular format. I will eventually try it with another of my books.
