No Payment or Posting Reply Received

I finished a paid review over a week ago and posted it on this site but have not received payment. The control panel says I've completed 1 review when I've completed 4 so far. The last update was 7/22/13. Can you tell me when this will be updated?

Also I was unable to send a PM to the administrator, so I tried to contact through other means on the site (forums, contact area) but have not received any response. Can someone let me know how I can get assistance? Thanks much.

When you join there should be a link in the header of the forum and on posting screens that guides you to the strict anti-spam rules which explain that new members will have their posts filtered which will cause some posts to be held for moderation and some PMs to be blocked. However, the contact Scott (Me) form should work no matter how many posts you have. Once you have made several posts the filter goes away.

I am glad the other issues were resolved. I do usually take care of the backlog of pending reviews and pending payments before trying to respond to all the emails/messages/contact-form-submissions. Sorry for the delay on both counts.

I am concerned about when you say the system said you only completed 1 review not 4. Does it still say that? It is possible that I programmed it to not count them as completed until they have been published/approved by me, so that could have happened if you had 3 unpublished reviews pending my approval. However, it should make it clear then that you have 3 pending reviews. Any more light you can shed on this matter would be greatly appreciated as it may be a small bug in the statistic gathering software I wrote.
